HOW DOES MY TEAM APPLY?

Applications must be made on GotSoccer. The GotSoccer link is available on our FC Tucson Youth website or here. You may pay online through the GotSoccer system or you may send in a check with a copy of your registration to:

U7-U8 (4v4) Two 15 minute halves
U9-U10 (7v7) Two 20 minute halves
U11-U12 (9v9) Two 25 minute halves
U13-U14 Two 30 minute halves
U15-U19 Two 35 minute halves

ARE WE REQUIRED TO STAY IN YOUR HOTELS?

The Tournament is a “Stay and Play” tournament, so we ask that you use one of our sponsor hotels. We work to ensure the most competitive pricing for all sponsor hotels.

WHEN DO GAMES BEGIN?

Games will begin on Friday evening, September 20th starting at 6pm for the local teams and any teams that request Friday night games. Games will begin on Saturday at 8am.

ARE GUEST PLAYERS PERMITTED?

Teams may have up to five guest players with the exception of the U7-U10 teams which will be allowed up to three guest players. The appropriate paperwork will need to be completed. Guest players must have a player release signed by the releasing coach, and the coach of the team for which the player will be playing. Your state office and website should have the necessary paperwork for you to complete.

WHAT IS REQUIRED FOR CHECK-IN?

Each team is required to provide the following:

  • State/Club Approved Roster(USYSA or US Club)
  • Current Player Cards to match roster uploaded
  • Guest player forms for each guest player
  • Team Info Sheet
  • Permission to Travel (Non AZ/USYSA teams)

IMPORTANT: Each team must have all items listed above at the field during your games. In addition, each team must have all player medical release forms (notarized for out of state) at the field during your games. Evidence of this information may be requested if needed.

WHEN WILL SCHEDULES BE POSTED?

We anticipate schedules being posted no later than September 12, 2019. Please check the website for schedule changes after that date, and re-check it regularly in case of any schedule changes.

HOW DOES THE TOURNAMENT HANDLE INCLEMENT WEATHER?

FC Tucson will make every effort to continue all games. Please refer to our Inclement Weather Policy located in the Tournament Rules of Play.

ARE MEDALS GIVEN?

The Tournament will give out 1st and 2nd place medals for all flights. All U7 to U12 teams will receive a participation gift. Please make sure to pick these up at your game site since we will not mail them after the tournament is finished.

OUT OF STATE TEAMS?

ALL OUT OF STATE TEAMS MUST HAVE YOUR TRAVEL PAPERS APPROVED NO LATER THAN SEPTEMBER 16, 2019. THEY MUST BE PROVIDED PRIOR TO COMING TO THE TOURNAMENT BY UPLOADING TO ONLINE CHECK-IN.
