All tournament check-ins will be conducted IN PERSON on the day of the tournament, prior to each team's first scheduled match.

Coaches or team managers are required to provide the following documentation:

• Official Team Roster
• Valid Player Cards for all participating players
• Medical Release Forms for all participating players
• Team Info Sheet Form (from above)

All documents must be available for verification at check-in.

Teams must complete check-in before participating in their first match. Please plan accordingly and arrive early to allow sufficient time for the check-in process.
